As copywriter you will produce a wide variety of engaging written content across multiple platforms. Content will be created for a variety of contexts, including social media posts, the company website, blog articles, e-commerce product listings and marketing materials. We are a young company with a strong emphasis on creativity and a desire to break the mood, and written content should reflect this. You will report to the the marketing manager and work in collaboration with the existing copywriter to stay on top of all tasks.
- Strong writing skills.
- Native English speaker preferred.
- Experience with social media.
- Able to write creatively and contribute original ideas.
- All levels of experience will be considered, but you must be able to demonstrate writing ability.
- The ideal candidate would have knowledge of consumer electronics and an interest in technology.
- Relevant degrees (English, creative writing, journalism, marketing etc.) would be helpful.
Your CV should contain a detailed personal statement of at least 400 words (the longer the better). This should give us an insight into your personality and writing style. You can mention past writing experience and why you are interested in the position (and anything else you feel is relevant).
In addition, any links to previously published work (blog writing, web copy, academic work etc.) would be beneficial.
